Ashley DeBarber, LMFT
Ashley is a clinician with over 10 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, children, and families through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. She helps clients build confidence, gain clarity, and reconnect with balance by integrating mindfulness, creativity, and healthy self‑expression.
Her background includes work across residential programs, in‑home and community‑based services, and school systems, with experience in autism (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, and emotional dysregulation. Ashley brings a collaborative, client‑centered approach, creating a safe, judgment‑free space to explore experiences and develop practical tools for long‑term well‑being. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys the vibrancy of summer at the beach, the comforting colors of fall, and time with family, friends, and animals. She believes every person carries the capacity for healing and resilience and is committed to helping clients feel grounded, capable, and connected to their best selves.

Diego Alvarez, LCSW
Diego is a Spanish‑English speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in social services and 4 years in clinical practice. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and has supported individuals across schools, community mental health, homes, hospitals, and private practice.
He specializes in working with individuals and groups, particularly men, Latinx persons, and LGBTQIA+ clients. Diego integrates mindfulness‑based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), culturally responsive practices, and strengths‑based, person‑centered approaches. His clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and men’s issues. Outside of his clinical work, Diego enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling, tending to his plants, and spending time with family and friends.
