My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma‑informed care and a deep respect for the nervous system. I believe healing happens when a person feels safe enough, supported enough, and seen enough to explore their story without pressure or performance.

In our work together, I offer a steady, attuned presence. I pay attention to the places where your body tightens, where your breath shortens, where your voice softens. These moments guide the pace of our work. They help us know when to pause, when to deepen, and when to simply hold space.

I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, attachment‑based practice, and

strengths‑focused approaches. But beneath the clinical structure is something quieter and essential: a commitment to creating a space where you can lay down what you’ve been carrying and let your system recalibrate.

I do not rush your process or push you toward insight before you’re ready. Instead, I walk with you, helping you make meaning of what once felt overwhelming, helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that learned to survive, and supporting the parts that are ready to grow.

This work honors both science and soul. It is grounded in evidence‑based practice and guided by compassion, clarity, and presence. At its core, my approach is simple: You do not have to navigate your healing alone. I am here, as you move toward integration, steadiness, and the version of yourself that has been waiting to emerge.
